Not NEW Product!
The PNY GTS 250 512MB PCI-e Video Card i just received was an OPENED BOX that was re-shrink-wrapped, plus ALL Cables & Dongles were missing, i have no idea if the card was working or REFURBISHED; but thankfully, the card was returned to a local retailer in exchange for new unopened product.
This Amazon merchant is unethical and to be avoided at all costs imo. |
